I first met Adam two years ago when I called on a listing he had in Ste.Genevieve County. We met in a parking lot and I hopped in his truck and we rode to the property together. I liked him right off. He was polite, cordial, and once we got to the property I realized he was very knowledgeable of the woods, wildlife and fauna. Which I really appreciated and respected because I’ve loved the same things all my life (I’m 55 years old). If there happened to be particulars about the property we were viewing that he didn’t know, then he was diligent in his research and getting right back with me. We looked at 4 or 5 pieces of property along with listings that Adam sent via email and/or text. Adam was/is real cool and real calm and he never bothered me. Just tried to feel me out and asked a question or two to help me find exactly what I was looking for, which was 20-50 acres of property in  Ste.Gen county to build a home on…and I realized that was not easy to find!. Eventually we stumbled on a piece of property that was a much larger tract and being sold as a hunting farm. Adam contacted the listing agent and asked if they would be willing to divide. The agents response was “99% probably not”, but we made an offer anyway! It is a beautiful piece of property and knew it was the place I had been looking for, and Adam knew too! Adam helped to make the closing easy and smooth, survey, research the electric options, neighbors, MoDot driveway easement, etc…I could not be any happier! I consider Adam a good friend and couldn’t have a better person to help find a piece of property for hunting, fishing, and/or building!
