Welcome to the Wild & Scenic Eleven Point River Ranch

A 10% Buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price & included in the contract price.  A 15% deposit is due the day of the auction with the balance due in 30 days.   Down payment is non-refundable. Purchase is not subject to financing.
