Adam was born and raised in southern Jefferson County, MO and now resides in Sainte Genevieve County, MO with his wife Kaila and sons, Kyler & Kaden. The family lives on a small hobby farm near where Adam & Kaila grew up and went to school together.
Adam was introduced to the outdoors at a young age chasing wildlife of all kinds with friends and family all over the state of MO. Today, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and trapping all Midwest game species, but has a true passion for archery hunting whitetails, spring turkey hunting, and chasing waterfowl during the annual migration. When not after a specific quarry, Adam enjoys learning and implementing various wildlife habitat improvement practices on his farm in eastern Missouri.
Adam graduated from Central Methodist University with a B.S. in Business where he also played football. Since college, Adam has spent his entire professional career in the Electric Utility Industry as a licensed Project Manager, managing projects in various areas of the Midwest.
“I am truly blessed to have a family that supports the various career paths and interests I pursue. Luckily, many of my family members, including my wife, enjoy some of those same interests. My wife Kaila is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a focus on pediatrics, so she is very busy herself from day to day. Somehow, she keeps me on the right path and is the glue that keeps our little family functioning. My greatest excitement since becoming a father is awaiting the opportunity to share my passions and life experiences with my sons and hope that they can do it ALL better than me.”

Andrew was born and raised in Ste. Genevieve, where he built his dream home on his family farm with his wife, Kaci.
Upon graduation from high school in Ste. Genevieve, Andrew attended Quincy University where he graduated with a B.S in business management and a B.S. in marketing. He played baseball as a pitcher while attending Quincy University. His original dream following high school was to have a career in the outdoors but once he received an offer to play college baseball, he couldn’t pass up the opportunity. After college, he attempted a desk job in St. Louis and quickly learned that was not the job for him. He pursued his original passion for the outdoors, which brought him to Premier Farm Realty Group & Auction.
His passion for hunting and the outdoors started from his father before he could even walk. He grew up on a farm where he learned the value of hard work and being a man of your word. He started hunting and fishing at a young age pursuing all sorts of Missouri wildlife. His greatest passions are archery, hunting whitetail, and spring turkey hunting. A few years ago, his family bought a property strictly for hunting and have since then turned that piece of land into something from their dreams. These few years have taught him a lot about wildlife management and how to create and maintain a hunting oasis.
Andrew would love the opportunity to help you find a piece of land that can be turned into something of your dreams as well!

Charlie was born and raised in a small town in Southeast Missouri, Wayne County. She graduated from Greenville High School and attended Three Rivers College before marrying her high school sweetheart Wes, who had enlisted in the US Army. Military life was definitely an adventure for this small-town girl, who had barely been out of the state of Missouri; however, it was an adventure that she was ready to embrace.
After their travels enabled them to experience the busy city life of Washington DC, and the amazingly beautiful island life of Hawaii, the couple finally settled into the rich-in-history town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, where they lived for 20 years. “Gettysburg will always be our home away from home. We have made some great memories there and even greater friendships.” During the majority of her time in Pennsylvania, Charlie worked for a multi-discipline engineering firm.
Upon Wes’s retirement from the government, they felt the time was right to follow their heart back to their roots. In early 2019, with their English Bulldog Louie in tow, they moved back to their hometown and bought some land where they currently reside and raise cattle. “We had a plan once we decided to move home and stuck with it. When you love the outdoors, having it at your disposal is heaven on earth. Having your own property and being able to hunt, fish, raise livestock, ride your side-by-side or just sit and watch the sunset is priceless. This is why I decided to pursue a career in real estate, so that I can provide others the opportunity to achieve this same dream.”
Aside from real estate and raising cattle, Charlie also enjoys writing. She recently became a published author of her first children’s book. “This was definitely such a fun and exciting experience that I am anxious to start on my next one.” She also operates Lost Creek Market during the spring and summer months and dabbles in photography.

Born the son of a farmer and avid outdoorsman, Clayton learned to appreciate the land as well as the animals that inhabited it, at a very young age. Ethics and integrity were learned from the seat of a deer stand, and the meaning of hard work was found in a summer hay field. Growing up in the small town of Kelso, Missouri, Clayton’s morals and character were shaped by this close-knit community.
Clayton enjoys all things outdoors including fishing, kayaking, camping, hunting turkey and waterfowl, but his true obsession is chasing mature whitetail bucks with traditional archery equipment. Time spent on stand each fall is something he truly cherishes.
With Clayton’s passion for the outdoors and background in farming, he’s the perfect fit to help you find your dream property or market your current one. His dedication to his clients is second to none.
"My ultimate goal is to own a slice of land where I can grow my own food, raise some animals and hunt the wildlife that lives there. I often look at properties and dream of how I would improve them to reach their full potential. This is something I’m really passionate about and to have the opportunity to help others realize those same dreams is very rewarding. “

President & Founder | Managing Broker - MO | IA | KY | KS | WI | TN / Broker - IL
Dale was raised in the small town of Pevely, MO, and was introduced to the outdoors at a very early age by his father. That early introduction into the outdoor lifestyle has grown into a passion for Dale, and he now enjoys hunting and fishing all over the country. Dale attended Herculaneum High School, where he excelled as a baseball and basketball player. After high school, Dale attended Murray State University on a baseball scholarship. After college, Dale joined the family business, Dunn’s Sporting Goods, and helped grow that business from a two-store operation to a successful four-store chain.
After 13 years in the hunting and fishing business, Dale decided to get into the real estate business and focus on rural properties. It didn’t take long for Dale to figure out that this was his calling, and after a three-year stint with a major outdoor broker, he decided it was time to start his own company, Premier Farm Realty Group & Auction. “I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit”, says Dale.” I am sure I got that from my mom and dad, who I watched work very hard in the family business. The work ethic they displayed was remarkable, and thankfully some of that has rubbed off on me.”
Dale is also a regular on Outdoor Channel’s television show, Scent Lok’s High Places. “I know it is a cliché, but I feel fortunate to travel around the country and do what we do for our TV show. We hunt some of the best places available, and I get to do it with some of my best friends too. I pinch myself sometimes.” Another passion Dale enjoys is growing and holding game on the nearly 800 acres he manages in north Missouri.” I enjoy everything about farms, both the recreational kind and income-producing. Creating habitat is the key for all types of game to thrive on a particular piece of property. I feel that I am pretty well versed in what it takes, from timber management, native grass restoration, food plots, nesting and broodering habitat, and on and on. You have to have a plan and follow thru with that plan. It is a very rewarding experience to own and manage your own property, and see not only the deer herd improve, but also see the quail, turkeys, and rabbits thrive. It is also rewarding to share this with people who share the same passion, and that is why I love the farm business so much!”
Dale is also the founder of the Cuivre River Wildlife Management Association. This association started in 2008, is the flagship model for these types of associations within the state of Missouri. The mission of the CRWMA is to enhance wildlife habitat in a specific area, and to recruit youth in our communities into the outdoor lifestyle. “The 32,000-acre focus area was full of cooperating landowners. I felt that if we could all get on the same page, we could make it a hunting mecca. What I found out is that in most cases, your neighbor wants the same thing you do, so get with them and talk about it. Wildlife knows no borders, especially deer. It is very difficult for one person to own enough property to hold a buck. When he jumps the fence at 2 years old, he needs to be passed on.”
Dale has four children, Grant, Garrett, Jackson, and Rylie. “I love my children more than anything, and it is important to me that they get to enjoy the great outdoors just like I did. My dad started taking me squirrel and dove hunting long before I could carry a gun, and we created some memories that are so precious to me. I want the same thing for my kids.”

Darick grew up in Festus, Missouri and when he was in the fifth grade his family moved to Moorefield, Arkansas, a small town located outside of Batesville, Arkansas. Living in the Ozarks gave him the opportunity to teach himself how to hunt and fish and develop lifelong friendships that are still in place to this day.
In 1984, Darick moved back to Missouri to attend college at Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeau. His choice of majors was narrowed down to Wildlife Biology or a Business major. After much deliberation, he decided to pursue a business degree and in 1988 he graduated with a B.S.B.A., with a major in accounting and a minor in finance.
Darick was an active reserve member in the U. S. Naval Construction Battalion (Sea Bees) and in January 1991 he was called up to active duty in support of Desert Shield/Desert Storm. When he was discharged seven months later, he returned home and married his wife, Sandy. He enjoys deer, spring turkey hunting, and hunting his Jack Russell terriers and they enjoy hiking the trails in the Smoky Mountains and staying at Mt. LeConte Lodge. To Darick, being a steward of your own land is one of the most fulfilling experiences you will have. You can find him, in his spare time, clearing brush, putting in food plots, planting trees, timber stand improvement, and selective cutting of the timber.
Darick has had a professional career of over 35 years in the accounting/finance profession and recently retired from the Missouri Real Estate Commission where he was a Regulatory Auditor for 12 years. He knew he couldn't stand being idle and placed his real estate license with Premier Farm Realty Group & Auction due to them being one of the most established real estate companies, specializing in farm, ranch, and hunting properties.
"I would love the opportunity to work with you so that you and your family can find that dream property and start making those special memories that will last a lifetime."

Josh was born and raised in east Central Missouri. His upbringing in this rural area fueled his love for the outdoors and land conservation. Whether it be fighting the smallmouth out of the upper Meramec, pulling panfish out of the Bourbeuse River, or harvesting Whitetail from Missouri’s beautiful white oak forests, Josh’s love for the outdoors has been unwavering throughout the years.
Josh is a graduate of Washington High School and attended Missouri State University where he graduated with a B.S. in agriculture, with an emphasis in soil science. After college Josh was certified as a soil scientist and performed soil morphology evaluations throughout the eastern part of Missouri for new neighborhoods, businesses, and homeowners. His experiences working with developers, landowners and homeowners from several rural counties including Pike, Lincoln, Montgomery, Franklin, Jefferson, and Washington have proved to be invaluable.
Josh’s interests in outdoor conservation continued professionally as he became a Certified Arborist in December of 2012. He worked as a utility arborist for seven years managing large projects for the electric utility industry and currently remains there now managing in a different capacity.
While Josh’s love for the outdoors is strong, spending time with his family is his true passion. Josh currently resides in St. Charles County with his high school sweetheart, Jen and their three children, Grady, Egan and Bryna. Together they spend many weekends at their family farm in Franklin County, MO fishing from the 3-acre farm pond, riding the various trails throughout the property, and managing the various food plots and riparian buffers surrounding the timber. “Nothing excites me more than loading up the family and heading to the family farm. Being able to instill the values of hard work, land stewardship and responsibility in my children has been one of the proudest accomplishments in my life. Watching them catch fish and harvesting beautiful whitetails is the icing on the cake”.
When not outdoors at the family farm, Josh enjoys towing their camper all over the U.S., meeting new people and experiencing all this beautiful country has to offer! He also enjoys attending and coaching his children’s athletic teams throughout the year and participating in several organizations in his community.
“I genuinely believe that when you are passionate about something you give your all to make it a reality. I am excited to use my experiences over the years to help others secure their dream. If that dream is to watch your children and grandchildren grow and develop a passion for the land, harvest the myriad of beautiful wildlife eastern Missouri has to offer, or invest in timber or cropland, I can’t wait to assist in making that dream a reality”.

Kent was born and raised in O’Fallon, Missouri. He has spent the entirety of his life in St. Charles County and wouldn’t have it any other way. Growing up Kent had the distinct pleasure of spending a lot of time down at “Grandma” Lou’s farm in the river bottoms which, then and even now, holds a special place in his heart. “Being down at Grandma’s was really a special thing. We weren’t actually related, but everyone was family. Down there I learned about the strength of the small-town community, the results of hard work, always lend a helping hand, and it doesn’t cost anything to be nice.”
Kent graduated from Fort Zumwalt North High School and later attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau. After leaving college, he worked at his dad's and uncle’s restaurant and bars, Ethyl’s Smokehouse, and Elmer’s Old Town Tavern, and helped maintain and operate their separate property management company.
Kent is your typical outdoorsman who respects and enjoys the outdoors year-round. Growing up, his dad took him out dove and deer hunting, and his papa taught him the ins and outs of catching some Largemouths. Later, with the help of some good friends, Kent was able to learn about the joys of hunting the vast amounts of waterfowl our state has to offer.
“I am still young but the one thing that I have learned as I have gotten older is to be appreciative of the little things. As you get busier you learn to appreciate everything a little more, especially the things you can't do all the time. So now for me, every memory that’s made when I'm out in the woods or in the duck blind becomes that much more special. That’s why in this business I hope to help you find or sell a property that will make countless memories for generations.”
Evan was born in Elsberry, MO then shortly moved and raised in surrounding St. Charles County. Currently, Evan resides in Winfield, MO where he built a home with his fiancé Morgan and their two daughters Bentley and Baylor. In the future, Evan plans on building a home on land where he can raise his family and share his passion for the outdoors. Evan became acquainted with wildlife at an extremely young age. Since he could walk, he tagged along with his father in deer hunting on his grandparent's farm in Pike County, Missouri, and ever since he has made chasing mature bucks a very prominent part of his life.
After high school, Evan completed credit hours at a local college to then immediately enroll in the Eastern Missouri Police Academy once of age. Evan has been active in Law Enforcement for the past 5 years.
“My passion for the outdoors and outdoor lifestyle has made me want to be a landowner one day. Until then, I would love nothing more than to help others find that dream property.”

Sam grew up in Jefferson County Missouri, where his passion for the outdoors developed at a very young age. At three years old he was already hunting and fishing with friends and family, while attending Seckman High School he started their fishing team and competed on the Missouri and Illinois high school bass fishing trails all four years. During his time spent working as a bow-tech for Dunn’s Sporting Goods, he further immersed himself and gained expertise in hunting and outdoor culture. He also started and currently runs his own successful business handcrafting & selling superior quality dog training equipment for pet owners and working dog handlers.
As a strong believer in the importance of ethical land management and wildlife habitat conservation, Sam says “watching the wildlife populations and the hunting opportunities improve on your property after the proper steps are taken is very rewarding”. He has witnessed this firsthand from the properties he has accessed. By implementing food plots to draw in more wildlife, providing better bedding and nesting ground to improve habitats and, limiting excessive predators in their area, both animals and humans benefit.
At Premier Farm Realty Group, Sam is able to use his extensive knowledge and love of the outdoors to help his clients achieve a wide range of land ownership goals. Born in Columbia, Missouri, Scott has spent most of his adult life in St. Charles and Lincoln counties. Most of his family lives in Southeast Missouri along the I-55 corridor extending from St. Louis County south to Scott County. The Buchheit name has strong roots in Southeast Missouri and he and his wife Christina, who is from Scott City, one day want to call that region home.
As a young man, Scott spent most of his life chasing his dream of playing professional baseball. In his senior year of high school, he was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals but passed on this opportunity to further his education and attended Southwest Missouri State University where he played for 3 years. His dream finally came to life when he was drafted by the Texas Rangers, but a shoulder injury quickly ended that dream. Since then, he has spent much of his time sharing his knowledge while coaching today's youth.
Although his life's dreams caused him to get started later in life, Scott is an avid outdoorsman with over 30 yrs. of experience chasing whitetails and longbeards, “there is no better place on earth than sitting in the woods watching God’s creations come to life.”
For the past 25 years, Scott has made a career in manufacturing and customer/sales support. His areas of expertise are managing people for the quality of performance, and the “most important” is customer satisfaction. As my grandfather and founder of Buchheit Stores, Rudy Buchheit stated, “you do not have a business without customers, and it is up to you to take care of those customers and fulfill their every need. You do this by listening, being honest, and respecting the brand.”
Scott has 3 children, Jessica, Landon, and Mikayla, and currently calls Troy, Missouri home.

Land Specialist - MO
Storme was introduced to the outdoors early in his life tagging along with his father hunting whitetail and uncle hunting waterfowl. Today, he keeps those same interests hunting mature whitetail mostly in Missouri. “Watching bucks mature over the years and knowing when the right time to harvest them is key to creating the ideal property”.
When he is not on the lookout for deer, Storme loves to shoot down honkers with his friends. His father has purchased multiple properties and it has been a pleasure of his to walk and get to know the land each time. Being around the land all year gave him a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the outdoors from the wildlife side to the agriculture/farming side. “After a while, I realized my relationship with the land is more than a passion.” Not only does he want to be a landowner one day, but he has also created interest in helping others accomplish their goals of purchasing their dream property.
Serving his clients and customers with care, and honesty, and putting their wants and needs first, he hopes to build relationships that go beyond helping them get the perfect property.

Land Specialist - MO
Zachary was born and raised in the backwoods of beautiful Washington and Crawford Counties. It was there he learned to love the outdoor lifestyle and the people he shares it with. He and his family occupy their small farm in Mineral Point, MO.
He has been a student of the outdoors since he was a young boy able to tail his grandfather through the Ozark hills. Whether in the woods hunting whitetails, turkey, or small game, trapping Missouri's rivers and streams, on the lake fishing, on the river after smallmouths and catfish, or in the horse pastures; no matter the time of year, he can always be found enjoying the spoils of the great outdoors.
Zachary is a graduate of Potosi High School where he was a well-rounded student-athlete. After high school, he chose a path in the farm and construction industries. Through his family's large cattle farm in Berryman, MO he developed a love for the care of livestock. In his early twenties, he enjoyed the sport of rodeo and ranch sorting and remains an avid horseman. He has spent the better part of 10 years as a carpenter and building contractor serving his community through building custom homes, barns, outdoor recreational buildings, and commercial restaurants.
Although he has a love for the outdoor lifestyle and a heart for people who live and work off the land, his greatest passion is family. Alongside his lovely wife, Taylor, they work hard to instill the values and morals that come with living and working the land in their two children, Wyatt and Emmy Lou.
“For me, the American dream is simple; raise your family on the farm. There’s a sense of serenity and responsibility for a man, or woman who lives near the soil; it’s fulfilling. To have the opportunity to help folks share and achieve the same interests in their American dream, it’s really something. I couldn’t be more excited to lend a hand to those who observe the rural culture.”
