Perry County is known for having some very special whitetails, even some cracking the highly sought-after 200” mark, and this property sits in the largest tract of timber in the area. In the spring of ’22, to set this property apart from the neighbors, the current landowner had a land consultant come out and put a habitat plan together to help hold and attract deer and turkey. As a part of that plan there some logging was done to help clear some trees to allow for more cover and foliage to grow. The trails have been nicely maintained throughout the property. There are 2 primary ridges on the property with several draws that really concentrate deer traffic.
