Chad's life experiences taught him to represent and respect people’s needs. He is very passionate about serving and takes pride in integrity, honesty and always doing the right thing, and as a real estate agent the fiduciary obligation to clients requires these core principles. 

During his13-year career as a Firefighter/Certified Arson Investigator with the City of Carbondale IL, Chad's obligation was to protect the city and its residents helping them in their time of need. As President of the Firefighter’s Union, he learned the art of diplomatic negotiation.

"My passion for the outdoors led me to follow my lifelong dream of becoming a Professional Bass Angler and, for 19 years I competed at the highest level of the sport while traveling all over this great nation. This provided an opportunity to partner with companies, mentor aspiring anglers and utilize my position to pay it forward; I have now come full circle. The Dunn family has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember having spent countless hours in Dunn’s Sporting Goods in Marion Illinois, talking fishing, hunting and sharing stories. I’ve always been interested in real estate and was presented with another unique opportunity when Dale Dunn approached me about joining the PFRG Team so I can help others obtain their lifelong dreams. This is the perfect way for me to utilize my acquired skillset and core principles while continuing to help others."

Chad and his wife Deborah reside in southwest Missouri in close proximity of Table Rock Lake where he continues to share his passion for fishing and acquired skillset with others.
