Born and raised in Michigan, Cory Franceus calls Canton home, though you're just as likely to find him at The Franceus Farm in Grass Lake—the family property he and his wife, Kim, have spent the last decade transforming through deer management, habitat improvement, wildlife prairie establishment, beekeeping, and conservation cost-share programs. That hands-on connection to the land isn't just a hobby—it's a way of life.

Before joining Premier Farm Realty Group & Auction, Cory spent 15 years in medical device sales, bringing innovative and disruptive surgical technology to health systems across the Midwest. That career sharpened the skills he now brings to every real estate transaction: building client relationships based on trust, navigating complex negotiations, and delivering an unwavering commitment to results.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cory combines financial acumen with real-world land experience that few agents can match.
