After nearly 40 years of public service, including 18 years in law enforcement and nearly two decades with the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, I recently retired and began a new chapter in my life - one that I'm genuinely excited about. I'm proud to now be a Land Specialist with Premier Farm Realty Group LLC in Missouri, specializing in the kind of property I’ve always had a passion for: farms, hunting and recreational ground, wooded acreage, undeveloped land, and rural properties. Missouri has been home to my wife Kathy and I, both born and raised, where we own and enjoy our own farm.

Living the rural lifestyle ourselves has given me a genuine appreciation for the land and for the work, responsibility, and pride that come along with owning it. I understand that land is more than just acreage and a price per acre. For many families like ours, it's where they grew up, where they raised their children, hunted with their dad or grandkids, worked the ground, or built memories over generations. When it comes time to sell something like that, I believe it deserves to be treated with respect.

I'm not interested in being the guy who simply puts a sign at the road and waits for the phone to ring. I want to learn the property, understand its potential, hear its story, and work to put it in front of the right buyers.
