Jim, originally from Arizona, worked as a licensed realtor for ten years before developing 20 acres of land and managing the construction of ten homes. After relocating to Iowa in 2008, he gained extensive experience with investment properties in the Cedar Valley area and has built strong relationships with property owners. Jim specializes in land development, new construction, investment, and flip properties.

Known for his dedication and client-focused approach, he strives to achieve the best results for clients.

Outside work, Jim enjoys spending time with his son, daughter, and grandchildren, along with outdoor activities such as camping, boating, fishing, hunting, and hiking.
