JOEL

Joe was born and raised in Hillsboro, Missouri, where he graduated from high school, excelling in track and field. He comes from a big family with 7 siblings and some of his fondest memories include fishing with his dad and brothers from the time they could cast a line, to putting the crosshairs on a big buck. After graduation, Joe was unsure about his career path, but it didn’t take long before he put his love of the outdoors to good use.

Joe started a rep agency in the outdoor industry, selling sporting goods to Bass Pro, Cabela’s, Shields, and numerous other box stores. After 30 years in the industry, he decided to retire and focus on what he loved the most – the outdoors. That passion resulted in a 4+ year career in real estate, selling homes and hunting farms.

Joe and his wife Diana currently live on Table Rock Lake. They have three children and five grandchildren. Joe introduced Diana to hunting right after they got married so now, they hunt and fish together. Together, they owned hunting farms in Iowa and northern Missouri.

Nick brings a deep-rooted passion for agriculture, real estate, and the great outdoors to his professional endeavors. Five years ago, Nick and his wife Katherine made the decision to move back to his family’s century-old farm near Milan, MO, where they now reside with their four children.

Together with his brother, they have expanded their family’s row crop and livestock operation. Nick’s experience extends beyond farming. For the past several years, he has owned and operated an independent seed dealership, where he has cultivated meaningful relationships across northern Missouri with clients, founded on trust, integrity, and a commitment to quality service. This role not only honed his business skills but also solidified his understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the agriculture industry.

Nick’s love for the outdoors is evident in every moment he spends away from work. He relishes the challenge of pursuing whitetails in the crisp autumn air and the excitement of spring turkey hunts, often shared with friends and family.

For Nick, hunting is more than a pastime, it’s a lifestyle. From enhancing habitats and planting food plots to selecting the ideal stand location, he takes pride in every detail, striving to create meaningful experiences and opportunities in hopes of connecting with a mature buck.
