Born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, Parker currently resides in Finley, Tennessee, in the Mississippi River bottoms. He developed a love for agriculture and the outdoors at a young age, which has continued to shape his interests and career. Parker attended Dyer County High School, where he competed in baseball before continuing his athletic career at Dyersburg State Community College. After two years, he transferred to Murray State University, where he continued playing baseball and earned his degree in Agricultural Business.

Parker is also an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for hunting deer, ducks, and turkey. Having been around agriculture from a young age, he understands the dedication and hard work that goes into farming. With family farming operations in Southeast Missouri and West Tennessee, Parker has developed a deep appreciation for the land and the people who work it. Through these experiences, he understands what it means to put your heart into the land and the importance of preserving the values and traditions that make agriculture so special.
