Ryan is lifelong Putnam County, MO resident, business owner, and real estate professional who values his family, hard work, and smart investments above all else. Growing up with a background in farming and livestock, Ryan developed an early appreciation for land, agriculture, hard work, and the importance of making the most of every opportunity. Those roots have continued to shape both his personal life and his approach to business.

With years of experience owning and operating a commercial trucking company and buying and selling heavy machinery, he knows firsthand what it takes to build a business from the ground up. Ryan brings that same work ethic, practical experience, and determination to every real estate transaction.

A familiar face at both local and nationwide auctions, Ryan has developed a sharp eye for value and a passion for negotiation. Whether it’s machinery, buildings, land, or real estate, he has always had the ability to look beyond imperfections and recognize the value and potential underneath.

Outside of work, Ryan’s greatest priority is his family—his wife of 15 years, Emily, daughter Scout, and son Hesston. Ryan enjoys taking his kids to livestock shows, attending their sporting events, and riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes with them. He hopes to pass on to his children the values of hard work, perseverance, and seeing potential where others may not. More than any business success, he believes those are the investments that will matter most for generations to come.
