Born and raised in Ohio County, Kentucky, I have deep roots in the land, the people, and the outdoor lifestyle that make this region special. Growing up in rural Kentucky shaped my appreciation for property ownership, conservation, and the value of land—not just as an investment, but as a way of life.

I am an avid fisherman, deer, and duck hunter; and have spent years exploring farms, timber tracts, creek bottoms, and wetlands across Kentucky. That firsthand experience allows me to truly understand recreational, agricultural, and hunting properties from the buyer’s and landowner’s perspective. I know what makes a property huntable, productive, and valuable—both now and long-term.

As a land specialist, I work with clients buying and selling farms, timberland, recreational tracts, and rural homes with acreage throughout Kentucky. Having traveled extensively across the state, I bring strong local knowledge, market insight, and an understanding of regional land characteristics, access, topography, and wildlife potential.
