Originally from St. Joseph, Michigan, and now residing in Deckerville, with his wife, Laykin and son, Archie, Grant grew up around agriculture and small business through his family’s long-standing involvement in farming and retail. His grandparents founded a hunting and fishing sporting goods store in 1958, and spending time in the family businesses and on their farm helped shape his understanding of land, operations, and long-term value.

Grant graduated from Central Michigan University in 2018 with a degree in Finance, bringing a strong financial and analytical background to every transaction. Before joining Premier Farm Realty Group & Auction full time, he built a successful career in Medical Device Sales, developing extensive experience in client relations, negotiation, and strategic growth.

In 2024, he transitioned out of the medical device industry to join PFRG full time, though he has been involved with the company since its inception in 2015. Today, he specializes in land throughout the state of Michigan, providing knowledgeable, professional guidance to both buyers and sellers.

Grant is the Business Development Manager and a Land Specialist, where he plays a key role in expanding the company’s presence and supporting clients across the state of Michigan.
