Jason is an agent with a well-rounded level of experience and knowledge to assist both Buyers and Sellers of residential and land properties.  While Jason works with clients in his real estate business, he also owns a licensed HVAC company specializing in heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems.  This skill set provides an important knowledge of home operational systems to benefit his clients.  

Jason also understands land as he has worked in the cattle business and resides on 40 acres with his wonderful wife, Sarah, and their three youngest children. Their two oldest daughters have already started families of their own, adding to the joy of their close-knit family.  A proud native of Sullivan County, MO, Jason graduated from Green City R-1 before moving to Putnam County as a young adult, where he continues to live and serve the community. In his 20s, he ran a custom cattle operation and worked as a cowboy, gaining invaluable experience in the local agricultural landscape.

Jason’s approach to business is through his faith.  He serves on the Putnam County R-1 school board and is also a licensed minister and evangelist.  He believes that the key to his business success lies in his commitment to prioritizing life in this order: God, family, ministry, and career. This focus allows him to provide the best service to his clients.  Much of Jason’s work is behind the scenes, driven by a strong sense of integrity that ensures the best outcomes for his clients and customers.
