I have casually been looking to purchase a farm for over a year. In January 2014 I purchased an 80-acre farm in Macon County from Dale Dunn. From the beginning Dale and his team have been instrumental in finding the right piece of land to fit my budget and wants/needs. Dale and I met numerous times to review various properties throughout the state and come up with a game plan to visit them.

We spent about 15 hours one day visiting properties in Clark, Schuyler, Ralls, Monroe, and Macon Counties. Dale and his team helped me understand ways to minimize my initial cash outlay by select harvesting timber on the property and my overall monthly expense by farming about 20 acres of property. We identified a farm in Macon and worked quickly through the contract process. Within 3 days of a contract, Dale and his team had contacts within their network to walk the property with me and give me bids for the timber, dozer work to clear some of the land, and farmer(s) to review the access in/out of the property to farm. The team has also been invaluable in understanding ways to improve the wildlife habitat thus providing years of enjoyment for hunting with the family. I first met Adam two years ago when I called on a listing he had in St. Genevieve County. We met in a parking lot, and I hopped in his truck, and we rode to the property together. I liked him right off. He was polite, cordial, and once we got to the property, I realized he was very knowledgeable of the woods, wildlife and fauna. Which I really appreciated and respected because I've loved the same things all my life (I'm 55 years old). If there happened to be particulars about the property, we were viewing that he didn't know, then he was diligent in his research and getting right back with me. We looked at 4 or 5 pieces of property along with listings that Adam sent via email and/or text. Adam was/is really cool and real calm and he never bothered me. Adam contacted the listing agent and asked if they would be willing to divide. The agent's response was "99% probably not", but we made an offer anyway! It is a beautiful piece of property and knew it was the place I had been looking for, and Adam knew too! Adam helped to make the closing easy and smooth, survey, research the electric options, neighbors, MoDot driveway easement, etc... I could not be any happier! Making dreams come true!

It has long been a dream of mine to own my own fishing and hunting property. Once I got my wife involved with the country aspect and wanting to build/retire in a custom log cabin in the woods, she understood my dreams and they became hers as well.

Meeting Adam with Premier Farm Realty Group at the St. Louis Boat Show was the epitome of impeccable timing. We must have tied him up for 30 minutes with questions and he not only never lost interest in our questions but seemed even more eager to help. Our family wanted to find a 200+ acre rural retreat within about an hour of our home in suburban St. Louis. My wife and I recently decided to retire to Florida from our home in Missouri.   This necessitated selling our midwest possessions including a number of Jefferson County building lots and other real estate parcels.  We first listed them for six months with another prominent local broker and received zero results.  Next, we purchased a number of custom FSBO signs with which we did little better.  I'm quite grateful that I met Adam when he phoned me after seeing one of my signs.
