Brenda is a retired RN of 35 plus years and spends most of her time deeply involved with her family and especially her five granddaughters. They have three children – Kasey, Macey and Jamie. They own/operate a cow calf beef herd while Macey also works at a Unionville utility company.  Jamie and her husband Jake Estep live in Blue Springs, MO and have two daughters - Caroline & Charlotte, and they are both teachers in the Blue Springs school district. “Brenda and I are enormously proud of all our kids. Rob was born in Putnam County and raised on a farm near the small town of Unionville, where he enjoyed hunting, raising livestock, and row cropping.

He graduated from Putnam County High School, and then took a job working on military bases as a construction worker, moving all over the United States for five years. It was then that he realized he belonged on a farm. After moving back to Putnam County, he married his wife Sonya, and had two children Nash and Carli.

Along with farming, he ran a dozer business for a few years cleaning up farms and working on drainage in crop fields. He also managed an Ag Service where he got involved in ag retail. He continues passion for farming and land management, and with his years of experience, he is proud to be assisting folks buy and sell properties in North Missouri and Southern Iowa.

He believes he can help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives - buying or selling land.
